Second i will like to know because im planning in creating a new web agency with a friend, just like you too, which are the configurations for servers, and development model that you are using right now for the creationg of lighbox, how is your development environment setup.

If you can post a little summary of the things you are doing for it, it will be great.

It’s a pretty simple setup. We started coding and using Textdrive for SVN hosting. We both use Mac OSX and Textmate for the coding. Justin uses CSSEdit and Photoshop for design work. We’re extremely fortunate to be hosted by Engine Yard. When starting out, a standard VPS account would have been fine, but we got a lot of support from the EY folks early on.
