Is there a way to set tickets in a certain state to be hidden from view? I dont want to lose the history so deleting a ticket isnt a viable option. For example setting tickets to invalid, or a custom close status doesn’t seem to change the visibility when browsing tickets.

well, when browsing all tickets those will be in view, you setup a search bin for open tickets, or a search bine for everything but a specific state, such as ‘not-state:invalid’

Just let me know if you need help setting something like that up.
