Custom fields?

Is there a way to create custom fields for a ticket? Thats the only thing hold us back from purchasing a subscription. Thanks, |

Lighthouse does not offer a custom fields feature. What exactly are you wanting custom fields for? |

I thought I needed the Component Area drop-down too, but actually, tags work great. Same thing with defect type. So, essentially, I might tag a ticket as a ‘dashboard’ ‘feature’ (2 different tags) or a ‘users’ ‘bug’. Then, just generate searches for those things you need and save them as a “Ticket Bin”. You can have “Bugs”, “Features” (and whatever other Defect Types you need). Same thing with Component/Area. If you tag your tickets with a “found in” build # or “fix for”, etc, you can generate searches for that too. |
