One of the most frustrating aspects of Lighthouse has to be adding new tickets. Typically, when we run through our tests and post tickets, we post one ticket after another.

When you add a ticket in Lighthouse, however, it expects me to keep editing and keeps the ticket open. Worse, it scrolls down slightly forcing me to scroll back up to get back to the ‘Add New Ticket’ tab at the top.

It would be fantastic if there was just a ‘Save and Add Another’ button in addition to the current function. I’ve seen this echoed in regard to editing…but I think it is just important from a new ticket perspective.
