But tickets state are important to me.

I know this issue is known but I did not understand what is your answer to it. You consider this ticket resolved but I still have not enough state !

The status of the ticket you posted was resolved. This was included in the Lighthouse 2 updated in April. You can create your own ticket states: http://hoth.entp.com/2008/4/16/what-s-new-in-li… for info.
