Edit a bunch of tickets quicker

So really nothing special, but something I started doing after having to edit quite a few tickets today. Usual work flow for this is super slow:
Anyways instead of clicking on a ticket title, I just decided to always open a ticket in a new tab, edit it, then close that tab. Sure the list on the original tab doesn’t update unless you refresh the page, but I’m willing to sacrifice that to get the tickets edited faster. (And I was able to get them done at least twice as fast…so well worth it to me.) Like I said, new tabs aren’t anything special, just thought I’d pass along my workaround. |

That’s how I work too. Though we recently added a ‘back’ button that goes back to the most recent milestone or search you’ve viewed, I primarily use tabs. This is how I typically surf too though. |

You folks /really/ need to make it easier to work through tickets more quickly. The idea that updating a ticket leaves you on that ticket is baffling… you’ve just clicked a button that says “make these changes”... which sort of implies you did what you needed to do. Really a frustrating user experience. If you really feel that’s the correct behavior, then at least add a “Update and close” button for the rest of us, or maybe an “Update and go to next ticket” Thanks… |
