Assigning tickets to multiple people?

Is there a way to assign tickets to multiple people? Or to send a notification to multiple users when a ticket has been resolved?

I just updated a ticket to status “resolved,” but I need the email that states that this ticket has been updated to go out to multiple people, not just me (to whom it was assigned).

Ideally, everyone to whom it pertains should check the ticket on their own accord, but I can’t enforce this; having the ticket updated email dispatch to multiple people ensures that these people to whom it pertains are looped-in.

This isn’t active in Lighthouse yet. We have the UI changes ready to apply multple watchers to tickets, so it should be included in the near future.

There are some toys in github for Lighthouse, such as http://github.com/Caged/lighthouse-digest where you have a digest email sent your members, like we get digest emails for new tickets for this week, but you could have it set for closed tickets in the last 24 hours etc.
