What is the syntax to search for a ticket that has no tags at all? I forward alot of emails to Lighthouse, then I need to find those tickets and tag them. If I’ve tagged a ticket, it’s been processed in Lighthouse. Thus, I need a way to search for only the tickets that haven;t yet been tagged.

You can search for tickets without a milestone using ‘milestone:none’, however we don’t have the ability to search for a ticket with no tags, but it’s a legitimate request.

without any tags? Hmm. tagged:none? I just hope no one tries to tag a ticket as ‘none’ then. I’ll add this to the next LH update.
